Convenient but overpriced hotel
Centrally located, female receptionist was extreemly helpful and friendly however breakfast is in the reception area which staff and others watching you eat that made you feel uncomfortable. Hotel rate overpriced for what you get

Hotel is in a prime location, very close to Termini Railway station. Hotel was quite clean and staffs were very friendly and cooperative.

Good location and service
Location is very central and close to Termini. The nice gentleman (Sorry I didn't get him name) at the reception was very kind and obliging. We had to leave very early and he opened the office door so that we could get hot water for our drinks. I would recommend my friends to stay there. The only inconvenience is that you have to lug luggage up some steps before you access the lift.

Nice hotel near to Roma Termini Station
The location was good, very near to the Roma Termini. Lots of shops and restaurants around in the vicinty. However, the lift is not located at the exact ground floor, you need to carry your luggage up 2 flights of steps before reaching the lift landing. Air-conditioning is extra (not sure if is due to now being summer). The toilet gets wet/flooded easily as the only floor-trap is in the shower area. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable and the staff are friendly and helpful. Overall a pleasant experience.
