This is a wonderful Pencione! The staff was helpful and always available. The only thing I would warn about is the stairs. If you are unable to climb stairs, this is not the hotel for you.

The hotel is located is a great location, 2 min from Ponte Vecchio. Close to everything. The issue is it is 3 floors up and the lift was not working when I arrived and it does not go all the way from main floor. For me it was ok, but for older people or with lots of luggage it would be difficult. The staff are fantastic and explain everything and will help you with everything you need.
