Fair 4.0
When we arrived the room I booked was way too small and we were grateful to get a larger room. The hotel is old and needs work. No elevator. Not much to offer for 800. Canadian for 3 days. Breakfast not so great either. Only good thing about the hotel is it is clean, staff is friendly and is in a good location to the trains.

Well situated hotel near rail links
Pleasant hotel in a quiet area near mainline stations. We especially like the breakfast room overlooking the gardens and tennis courts.

It was alright I suppose
Smallest room I have ever stayed in. High price for very little. Cheap breakfast and staff delivered little service. 5 minute walk to King's Cross

Not the best
Certainly didn’t look anything like the pictures advertising this property , ok the plus sides Good location for what we wanted , a nice breakfast and friendly staff The not so good points Room is tiered , cracked window , mould in bathroom , stained carpet , bottom of beds were all frayed like a cat had been attacking them for a few weeks , bedding that didn’t fit properly random bits of wood in the hallway along with dirty linen that didn’t move for our stay and the room was very cramped
