Lovely hotel for a Paris stay
Fantastic hotel in central Montparnasse. Staff incredibly helpful and speaks very good English for those traveling from overseas. Rooms are very comfortable for city-sized spaces. GREAT showers and towels. We were only there one night but would absolutely stay again next time we’re in Paris.

Well-located and clean
I overall enjoyed my stay here, however there were two unfortunate incidents one was where I had some documents DHL’ed to me from Germany, and the front desk/staff lost them. I asked the front desk to provide the correct address to deliver documents, and when they arrived, the front desk told me that they did not have them. I had proof of delivery, but the staff seemed unconcerned, and were overall extremely unhelpful with this. As these were legal documents, it cost me about €500 to get them redone. The second incident was with the bartender, who told my name first and last name, to another guest, who was sitting at the bar when they thought I was out of earshot. when the management was informed however, here they did seem concerned, which was I guess is an improvement. Overall, the hotel is nice, clean and well located.

Disappointed overall
This was our anniversary trip. The hotel was nice and whilst I accept there is a national Bin strike in Paris so there was litter everywhere if I owned this hotel I would ensure the area outside was clean and tidy which it wasn’t. The room was ok tea and coffee making facilities really stingy plus we had to ask twice for milk as there was none! Had to also ask for towels as only one large one was left after cleaning the reception number just constantly rang when we asked for milk so I had to go down to get some. We didn’t feel as though the staff were that friendly or attentive, breakfast was ok would I stay or recommend it no, we have stayed in much better places for this money.
