Hotel Europe Saint Severin Paris, Paris

When I arrived hotel, they refused to give my daughter free break first and dinner which is included in the booking price. This is the first time I suffered this kind of services. After negotiated, no result. So pay more attention for the service of this hotel.

Great location and friendly staff.

Perfect hotel for few days stay in Paris. Easy transfer from the airport. Just one train, few stairs and you are almost next to the hotel. Location is also full of restaurants, cafes. Few steps away from Notre Damme and walking distance to major touristic attractions of Paris. The hotel met all our expectations. Breakfast is good enough and worth to pay the difference. Otherwise you need to pay more to surrounding cafes. You have many many options around for dinner. Staff was smiling and helpful all the time. Certainly we will prefer to stay again.

Quite disappointed with this hotel. I booked last minute for a decent amount of money and was very disappointed with the quality. The room smelled like mildew, the staff were not very friendly, room was so small with a leaking shower and the toilet did not even have a proper closing door. With an ironing board open, you couldn't move around the room, which I know typical French hotels have small rooms but this was not worth the money. Location was great and easy to access from the metro
