Last question didn't load I don't know what I selected. First room I got was okay, not terrible. Upgraded my room the following day when I spoke to reception without any hesitation. Overall very clean, well maintained and had a luxury hotel feel. Excellent location to be in while visiting Granada. Would stay here again.

The service is great.The rooms are great and the breakfast is very good. The pool at the hotel is not a pool its a sauna...that was disappointing and the air conditioning is too warm. It is well situated and lots of restaurants nearby. Good value for the price.

This is a good, comfortable hotel. My only criticism is that the window in our room wad permanently covered so that we had only artoficial light.

Staff very helpful and beds very comfortable. The only issue was the sound of water rushing through a pipe in the ceiling and the loud visitors in the hallways.

Loved the room and location of hotel. The view of the city and Alhambra and Sierra Nevada mountains was georgous. Go to the rooftop terrace for an even better view at sunset time. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel but plenty of places around the hotel. Very spacious room, great king size bed, nice bathroom, just hard to keep the temperature of the water in shower steady. But it is too bad that the staff doesn't speak English well enough to understand your requests. I know we're in Spain but English is the international language of communication for tourism. . A little English crash course for the staff would be good! But overall I recommend this hotel, good value for being near everything.

Hotel was nice with a nice rooftop, however the service was slow and it was easier to get the drinks from the bar a lot faster since the bar was not busy. Overall a nice hotel across the street from El Corte Inglés....
