The property looks that is not well maintained. The outside of the hotel looks quite dirty. The rooms wasn't very cleam.

My wife and I had an okay stay here after driving to ML to try their golf course. Nicely re-done King room on 2nd floor, but bed was old and soft... both of us ended up rolling down to the middle! Unfortunate 'unsafe water' notice for the whole town was a bit of bummer, but $1/bottle water at the desk helped a bit. Nice hot, hot tub was good for the old bones after slugging out 18 in the wind. We watched some bad weather/rain come through the area from our window, and the staff were nice enough to allow us a late checkout time on our departure the next morning. Breakfast was meager (nothing hot, but for porridge & water warned up in MV - and no brown sugar) and most items and condiments not available at 9am.

Great hotel, great location
Stayed at Super 8 for a sporting event. Rooms have been renovated, large room with fridge and microwave. Beds were 2 queens and very comfortable. New carpet as well.

If you are travelling to meadow lake
The gentleman at the front was helpful, turned on the slide for my kid, and explained the continental breakfast for us. I think the pool area needs a makeover. Paint is peeling and in some places dirty. The hot tub had too much chlorine in it, which is only slightly better than having too little. The heater in the room had no temperature control so it was either really cold or really hot.

The staff were very polite. Room was not that clean. Found a piece of gum on the floor that was clearly not vacuumed.
