Poor 2.0
the hotel was not at all what the picture described. The owner was rude and did not refund us our money for a crappy hotel even though we had to spend money out of pocket for another hotel nearby. he did not even help us find anything else. terrible experience and I want some compensation.

Fast friendly check in, nice tidy clean room, free parking on street between 11 pm and 9 am. Good location . Walking distance to pedestrian shopping street and sightseeing and restaurant close by.

Central hotel in Munich
Nice hotel near Sendlinger Tor. Room was a bit old, and there was a slight smell of cigarettes in the room, but it had everything that we needed. Good water pressure in the shower.

Space limit
The only thing I didn t like about my room is the double bed against the wall. So suffocating. The rest was ok.

They Don't Call It Hotel Centro For Nothing
Centrally located and economically priced, everywhere you want to be is nearby. The metro is right outside the front door and ¼ block away. Rooms are comfortable and clean

Poor 2.0
Terrible reception
Worse staff I’ve ever seen. More like the receptions were mad that i booked their hotel. Night shift used the word “shit” in German and other swear words when i asked to put my drink’s payment on the room. And he refused and wanted money and got mad when i gave him 50€ bil.

Stay away at ALL costs! AWFUL!
TERRIBLE! The rooms are WAY smaller than advertised, have not been updated in decades, are barely acceptably clean, there is a TON of street noise from a club / bar across the street, and the front desk staff IS HORRIBLY RUDE! STAY AWAY!

Good for a night
Breakfast was one of bests! Hotel was decently clean, but questionably worth the money. Not the most comfortable. Most beautiful bathrooms though. Close walk to Frühlingsfest which was awesome.

Suited our needs (and pocket!)
Hotel was in a convenient location; only about 20 - 30 minutes walk to both the central station (main transport link for airport and train journeys) and Marienplatz (meeting place for most walking tours). To get any closer to these areas the price was much higher for hotel accommodation. Being right by an underground station (Sendlinger Tor) also meant that it was easy to get around the city without walking. A few cafes and restaurants in the immediate vicinity along with a smart shopping area. The hotel itself was comfortable and warm, we found no fault in the room. Two out of three of the receptionists we met were quite unsociable but this did not affect our stay; the lady on our last day being friendly, and we were able to leave our luggage in the reception cupboard once checked out. No drink making facilities, but there was a hairdryer.

Noisy Stay
This hotel is very noisy. It is located across the street from a nightclub and music is played loudly until about 4:00am. Unfortunately, to top that off our room was next to the hotel kitchen church started making noise around 5:30am. For the hour or two of sleep, it was a good stay but too noisy otherwise
