Great location for a short stay
Room and bathroom very tight but expected for the price in London, we spent most of the time out and about anyway. Location was fantastic for both tube and eurostar travel. Staff were very helpful and accommodating despite being in the middle of a heatwave - the fan was a life saver!

A unique Hotel that was 5 Georgian era Homes.
This Hotel is unique as it's 5 Georgian era homes are made into this Hotel . We were lucky that our room was on the ground floor as there are no elevators in this place and it's four stores.high . Our room as I was told is the largest room they have . Which was is perfect for us as we are traveling with our daughter. This Hotel is in a perfect location just off the Main Street from the nose of traffic. It's a short distance from Train station for you to catch or for us getting off train from Paris or Brussels. The Metro or what Londoners call the tube. Is one of the best way to travel around London. There are plenty Restautant and Pubs to eat at including the train station. The Pub McGlynn’s is next door to Wardonia is very good but is only open Monday to Friday for meals. The Skinner Arms on Judd Street is a really good place to at eat. Or Burger King down the street for the kid is there too. This Hotel is unique with its own style. Speaking of our room has two beds a double and a twin beds perfect for three people and very comfortable .For larger family get two rooms. The bathroom was the most interesting and a way good setup in our room . It is setup in as two little rooms one with a toilet and sink and the other with Shower and sink , which was very helpful when getting ready in the morning. The sinks are the smallest one I have ever seen . But service to purpose. The rooms and Hotel is kept clean. A very good stay .

Would I Stay Again? : Probably Yes
While I would class this hotel as a "budget hotel", it's certainly a nicer one and that is reflected in its review score. Positives: The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the shower was humongous given that I stayed in a single room. The staff were friendly and courteous and particularly noteworthy, I was not able to hear the people staying around me once they entered their rooms. The hotel is also close to St Pancras Station. Negatives: The single room was very very small and probably slightly over priced for its size. The size of the room coupled with proximity of the entrances of the other single rooms will mean that you will hear your neighbours entering and exiting their rooms. The room that I had could probably use an upgrade. Restay?: While it is certainly not perfect by any stretch, this is a budget hotel that punches above its weight when compared with other hotels in its level.

Hotel is quite recently renovated, fresher newer than many in the area appeared to be. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was small, but excellent value for the price. Only two concerns: walls a bit thin, the neighbours "happy" was a bit loud in my room, but the desk attendant was helpful and said he would speak to them if the noise went too late, which, fortunately, it did not!. I could have used a couple more hooks for towels, or a shelf for toiletries in the bathroom. I would definitely stay there again. Public transit excellent from this location, bus, tube and train. Daily room cleaning was good. TV and internet were good. Internet a bit slow, but acceptable.
