Aircon not working spoiled stay
Stayed in studio apartment which was nice though beds were single beds pushed together and zipped up. Shower/bathroom/kitchenette great though a bit odd to have kitchen area right next to bed without even a partition separation. Aircon didn't work, room was stuffy most of the time. In the end had windows open all the time and fan running. Fan itself was very dusty. Coming back into the room after being out very noticeably hot and humid because of course the aircon switches off as soon as you take the card out. But also it doesnt switch back on when re-entering the room, have to manually start it again. But as already stated, the aircon didn't work properly anyway, vwas just mostly a fan. Told management. Think it worked better on last day but it could have just been cooler outside. Don't stay here expecting lovely air-conditioned rooms when it's hot in London. Go down early for breakfast! It was cold first day at 9am, better when we got down another day at 8.15. Free car park good, a bit of a tight squeeze to get into.

Nice except for AC control
The room was large complete with 2 queen beds and a nice, fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom was up to date and nice. Only a 10 minute walk to a tube station and nearby restaurants and grocers. But be warned! if you stay in room 119, you don't control the mode of the HVAC unit, it is controlled from another room. Three of the six nights we stayed here, the occupant of the other room turned the AC into heat and made our room exceedingly hot. Fortunately the windows open.

Nice hotel with reasonable price
It is a nice stay in the Hammersmith region of London. Room is comfortable and quiet. Although not spacious but is adequate and facilities are good. Price we pay through Hotels.com is good as well. I would have no hesitation to stay again or recommend to friends.

Nice decor
Initially the placed myself and friends in the basement rooms which i was not at all happy with barely any proper light. I asked to be moved which they kindly agreed to. A much better room upstairs with patio doors a lovely room. I think those basement rooms should be a last resort not the first. So that was not a good start at all. I felt quite offended that they should put us there especially when it was so beautiful outside the room was tiny and cramped. However the rest of the hotel was good. The breakfast was lovely and the rest of the staff were friendly. Without the basement room I would stay again
