Horrible service
The wrong was a nice, but the clerk on duty was the rudest person I’ve ever met in my life. He couldn’t find my book and took my ID then technically slid my ID through the window onto the floor, accessing my bank statement to prove I paid for the hotel room, ask for extra towels they’re like only two to a room no tile for the bathroom floor when you take a shower, so water gets all over the floor. Everything would’ve been fine if the guy wouldn’t have been so rude the way he spoke to me if it wasn’t late I would’ve went somewhere else. I’ll never go back, and I don’t suggest too many people go there.

My room had a inward facing door that did not lock from my side. There was light coming from that door all night that faced the bed so the room could not be completely dark. The room was too warm to sleep comfortably and had no thermostat. I felt very unsafe.

Cigarette burns in the comforter. Nothing matched looked like it was put together out of good will. The heat for the room was one of those little oil heaters on wheels. Place was a dump with a fresh paint job but not well done painted over tile in the bathroom that was pulling up everywhere. I don’t mind old hotels refurbished but this one was rough and in a rough part of town. They changed me a 50 dollar deposit when there was a receipt for the previous customer that they only charged $25. Definitely would not stay again.

Very friendly staff. Easy check in process. Rooms were very clean and newly renovated and remodeled. Rooms were cozy and felt more like staying in your own home and not a hotel room.
