Rather modest single room but excellent value for money! Good work of the cleaning staff. The only draw-back is that you need to ring the bell and sometimes to wait to get in when you return to the hotel. It would have been more practical to have a key for the front door.

The hotel was a reasonable price for what you get and the place was very clean. It is close to the train station but it can be a bit of a trek to the major sites. The girls who work at the front desk were very friendly. However, the man at the front desk is a liar, very miserable and illogical to deal with. I mentioned to him that I think someone is smoking because I can smell smoke in my room and he said no. I found cigarettes in the shared bathroom toilette and him smoking in the stairwell. I also paid for a private bathroom and he gave me a room without a toilette, claiming that the rooms with toilettes are out of order; and that there are no rooms with a private bathroom. He refused to give me a room with a private bathroom or reduce the price to the shared bathroom cost. Telling me I already am paying so little that this hotel room is worth so much more. And told me to go to another hotel if I want. Then days later he says the people who have the private bathroom checked out if I want to move. I declined and thought it best to limit interaction with this miserable liar. I was also going to add an additional night to my stay as my room was available for the next night and he wanted me to pay some ridiculous amount of money. I checked hotels.com where I booked through and it was the same I paid per night and asked if he would honor it. He said no. He made zero sense.

We enjoyed it! Would do it again!
It is pretty casual. If you are looking for luxury, this place is not for you. But if you are looking for friendly staff, cute place to crash in, clean and tidy rooms, give this place a chance. Rooms and shared bathrooms are aged but clean. So close to the terminal and the center, we walked everywhere.

Comfy beds ideal for end of a walking around day
Very basic room 2 beds and own tiny bathroom but beds were so comfy and in great location. No mod cons but had WiFi in room. Was ideal as only needed it to sleep in

Amazing location, super price and the best staff
Nice location, 5 min walking from the train station and 10 from Trevi, pantheon and colosseum, close to metro station and to one of the main streets called Nazionale thst has bus to everywhere. The hotel is simple but the staff makes everything for you. Was our first attempt using a shared bathroom but was like is private. The room was super comfortable and clean. The room has a shower only but don't worry about that. For the price it has exceeded our expectations.

Hotel was in a great location and well-kept. We had an issue with our bathroom but the staff really tried their best to fix the issue and make it up to us. It was nice to have an elevator with our large suitcases and the hotel even let us park our rental right outside the door. Staff was very knowledgeable and gave EXCELLENT recommendations!

Convenient but SMALL
The location is excellent and with the exception of a bus to the Vatican, we walked everywhere from our hotel. The place was very clean and the check in experience was exceptional. He gave us great tips and really wanted to ensure we had a great experience and ate non-tourist trap food. I'd booked a double with shared bathroom but was upgraded to a double with bathroom inside which was great. The place was very clean but OH SO TINY (think smaller than a dorm room). We had two twin beds but you couldn't move past each other without squishing to the side or climbing over a bed. The shower and bathroom was also very small. Considering we were in Rome and spent most of the day exploring, it was fine to just stay there to sleep but really, it's extremely small and even more inconvenient if you're traveling with someone you don't want to change in front of. Towels were changed, beds were made, and shower was cleaned everyday which was great. For the price and location, I'd still recommend.

Cold room and cold water
Very basic, which I am usually okay with if I am warm and have hot water for a shower. The heat is on from 6pm to 10pm and from 6am to 10am. Other then that it is very cold in the room and it takes about an hour fpor the heat to warm up the room so 6 hours a day you get heat. The hot water shower is hot but it is a trickle. If you add cold water to make it come out better then pit is not even war. It said that I got a moinibar, I always assume that means in my room but no evidence of that. One other thing, I could hear the guy snoring next door and the sad thing is he was not snoring loudly.
