It is a cool nice place with nice rooms and all goodies for a stay . Nice restaurant, very nice breakfast. Quick service and response. I reached ear’y And they gave me a complimentary breakfast. Only complaint I got is when I arrived the room the room was clean but they forgot to change the bedsheet. But it might be a mistake . But overall experience was excellent

I chose this place because it was close to Malpensa and offered a shuttle service. We stayed here with our family of 7. Check in was wonderful. The brunette lady at the front desk was very helpful. She asked us if we would be eating at the restaurant. We dropped our bags off upstairs & when we came back down a few minutes later the table was ready for us. The waiter was wonderful & the food was INCREDIBLE. The rooms were clean and just what we needed. We slept well and were very happy with our choice of hotels when we woke up in the morning. We requested a shuttle to the airport at 7:30. I came down at 7:15 and the lady at the front desk (a blond lady) was angry at me. I ran in to grab a bite to eat and the rest of the family did too. We made our way out to the shuttle and I popped back in to thank her for our stay. I speak Italian so I thanked her and she was VERY rude,. She basically yelled at me to hurry and leave immediately because they had another guest who needed the van at 8. I was shocked. I have never been treated so poorly at a hotel in my life. I just turned around and left. We were not late. when I got in the van it was 7:30 exactly. The driver was really nice. My daughter (who doesnt speak italian) later told us that she had also gone back into the hotel just to get her husband who was still in the breakfast room and the blond lady had yelled at her too. Kept on yelling "NO!" at her and telling her to leave. Very sad way to end a family trip.

I LOVED THE STAFF AND THE COMMUNICATION WE HAD. THIS HOTEL WAS MORE THAN I EXPECTED. I TOOK A TOUR OF ITALY AND THIS HOTEL WAS BY FAR THE BEST THAT I HAD STAYED IN WHILE THERE. THE RISTORANTE WAS NICE AS WELL. I DIDN'T EVEN HAVE TO LEAVE TO GO OUT AND EAT. THE FOOD WAS DELICIOUS. EVERYTHING WAS GREAT!! WILL STAY HERE AGAIN ON MY NEXT TRIP TO MILAN.

Tired place. Not very good restaurant experience. Can’t recommend unfortunately. The Location is good as close to the airport.

Staff was very hospitable! Shuttle was reliable and easy. Food was great at the restaurant. Accomodations were unique but not too comfortable. Shower was tiny. Heater didn't work well. Bedding was not great. Could hear and smell everything. Good cultural experience and ok for it's overnight night purpose, but probably wouldn't stay again.

Room was perfect for our family of 5. Girl at front desk was super sweet. Didn't eat at their restaurant, but it looked great. Free breakfast was better than expected. Shuttle service was right on time. Would definitely stay there again.
