Sept 2018 Stay
Great little hotel in a good location - close to most attractions and train station only a 10 min taxi drive @ 10 Euro. Lots of places to eat close by and some good shopping as well. One of the best things about this hotel is that it is a 2 min walk to the subway station - very convenient. We got an upgrade to a suite which was very nice. Only complaint is the hotel does not provide irons and there is no hair conditioner in the room. I would stay here again for sure.

Great Location and helpful friendly staff.
Friendly staff, great location within 20 min walk to Pantheon and Plaza Navona. Good access to Metro and buses to get you anywhere. Our standard double room was a bit smaller than anticipated but bath was a nice size. Breakfast was good although it ended at 10:30am and we were there by 9:50ish and on 2 occasions, eggs where not replenished. Restaurant on bottom level had great food and wine choices and you get 10% off which should also be a perk for upper restaurant to encourage guests to eat there. Elvis was an excellent server. Was disappointed that breakfast was not served on rooftop terrace as that is what I believed when booking as I saw the picture shown online with tables on roof. Would I stay again? Yes we would. Great restaurant around the corner called Scala.

Good location, poor service, no wifi
Overall location was good. Service needed improvement. Arrived with no tissue in room and was told to wait till next day to get a tissue box. Restaurent staff were nice but nigh staff at reception we’re the opposite. Absolutely NO WIFI over a 5 day stay. Each day told us that wifi would be “fixed” the next morning but it wasn’t. Was recommended here by a friend but so disappointed to have stayed there.

A Very Pleasurable Visit to Rome
This hotel was recommended to us by our Canadian friends and they were right, this is a delightful place in which to stay. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful and this helped to make our visit pleasurable. The hotel is within easy walking distance of many of Rome's attractions and for those who want to restrict their walking, the Metro is near by. The hotel has an attached restaurant and the food there is very good and the staff a pleasure to talk to.

Nice little hotel but not 4 star
The hotel and staff were very nice but it was not a 4 star hotel. The room was quite small and had an unusual layout. There was no satellite TV so no option to watch in anything other than Italian. There was also no tea/coffee facilities in the room. The breakfast wasn't great to be honest and certainly wasn't at a 4 star level.

Overall a good stay
Excellent staff all round. Good breakfast and an excellent restaurant. Rooms were a little dated and noisy (mainly fan in bathroom which cannot be turned off) but overall a ood experience.

It was a quick overnight stay. The hotel felt outdated and the spaces were cramped for a family with babies/small children. The front desk was able to provide a crib which was nice and the location is in walking distance to some of the major attractions.
