A little on the older side…
Hotel is definitely on the older side. Can’t understand why the AC was so cold when we arrived… We were freezing inside our roof and had to open windows to warm the place up. Don’t understand the design of the shower doors… why is it only half a door? So much water falls outside the shower door and wets the whole floor! The service was only good AFTER we made multiple requests. For example, we asked for a baby crib several days before check in and arrival, and still wasn’t provided. When we called the front desk, they provided us an ADULT mattress, and then I had to explain a baby crib was needed, again. Not sure if this hotel has room service but it was not immediately apparent if they do, even after I scanned the QR code in the room for their services. I will say that when I used the system to request something, they had it delivered in minutes! The most frustrating thing was the AC. We shut the ACs down several times at night, as my children were cold, and they restarted by themselves SEVERAL times. Distance was definitely a positive point, but wouldn’t stay again.

Pleasant visit
Very near the haram and provides a good view of the Masjid Nabawi from the top floor. Some aspects of the rooms can benefit from upgrading/renovating. Very helpful that they provide a bus to the mosque for women.

Eid in Madinah
Amazing experience. Check in was fast. Would have been nicer if receptionist told us there was a bus available for ladies to the haram. Only found out last day of our stay via reviews on this platform. The bus drivers werent very helpful to assist with the wheelchair in and out of bus . Breakfast was amazing esp on Eid. It would have been great if the hotel personnel told everyone to stay at the hotel for Eid Solaah...we ended up walking with a huge crowd far from the masjid. And got lost on our way back to the hotel due to crowd.
