The location of this hotel is great. It's located right in the middle of Koreatown which has lots of food and drink options. It's also around a 15-20 minute walk to Times Square which was very convenient. Just keep in mind that on weekend nights the area does get a bit busy because of people going to bars and karaoke in this area. The hotel was very safe and they don't let anyone in past a certain time without their hotel key. Also, despite the area being quite loud at night, we could not hear anything from our floor which was pleasant. I want to say that they provided excellent customer service, but unfortunately one bell hop left a very nasty impression on the very first day of our trip. We had to leave our bags at the hotel because our flight arrived before the allocated check-in time. The front desk lady was very kind and said to just leave our bags with the bell hop. When we were giving our bags to him, he gave us a lot of attitude even though we were being polite. He gave us attitude when we had to take a few items out of our bags before giving it to him and even when we wanted to confirm with him that we didn't have to sign anything. Fortunately, when it was time to check-in, there was a different bell hop who gave us excellent customer service by helping us bring our bags upstairs and he even gave us recommendations on popular places to see. We were very grateful for the kind bell hop who turned our sour experience into a sweet one!

Its location was fantasic, staff was also very nice and accommodating. The room was tight but to be expected in New York unless you pay double. I was surprized that we had to walk outside to get "breakfast". The web-site is misleading that they had a place in the hotel.that was a self service breakfast. i didnt see anything of the sort and should be taken off the site. Otherwise it was a great.

According to Expedia, check-in time is 1PM - this is incorrect according to the extremely rude desk staff woman who gave us a rude one word answer and told us check in wasn’t until 3PM. Once we were able to check in, the daily fee going towards wifi provides you with unreliable/terrible wifi service (might I add, on an unsecure network!) The hotel is situated on an extremely busy and loud street. I stay in NYC every year and this has been by far the most terrible hotel experience yet. We were situated on a higher floor yet all night long the loud noises of people and cars/trucks permeated our room to the point where we get no sleep for 3 nights. It would’ve been nice if the hotel had warned us about the excessive noise and should not be booking people in the rooms without warning them ahead of time.

Service was great, very clean and comfortable. Location is central to everything in midtown Manhattan. Only complaint is the resort fees. It’s just a money grab (but unfortunately all the hotels do this now.)

Enjoyed our stay.
In the heart of Korea town - the hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable. We didn’t spend much time in our room but I must say our room was very quiet and actually slept in New York City. Staff were a great help. Self parking is across the street and they also have valet if you need it. Continental breakfast was replenished all the time and there was something for everyone.

Hotel is in close proximity to several important landmarks (Penn Station, Empire State Building, Broadway, Times Square, etc.) but the street itself is lined with restaurants that stack mountains of garbage on the street every day. The smell was truly overwhelming nearly every time we stepped outside. Front desk staff, housekeepers and doormen were very friendly and helpful at all times. Breakfast was a challenge because of the lack of seating space and the staff's difficulty in keeping everything stocked. Elevators were very slow and not air-conditioned. Rooms are a good size with very nice bathroom products. Towels and bedding are mediocre quality and the pillows need replacing. Excellent climate control in the rooms and the other in-room amenities (coffee maker, iron, safe) were appreciated. We booked a room with two queen beds but upon check-in were told that they'd run out of room so we had a room with two very uncomfortable doubles with cheap mattresses on the first night. For the next two nights, we had queen beds and they were much more comfortable.
