Walk on by
Dangerous area of Rome with distracted management. We were not provided at check in with instructions for breakfast nor were we supported following a significant theft of personal property at nearby Termini Station. Staff member Alaina (?) was a godsend. Overall we were disappointed and would not return for another stay under any circumstances.

Location was perfect for our honeymoon
We are traveling through Europe for our honeymoon and this was one of our stops. We needed something close to the trial station. So, this place was perfect for us! We were bummed we stayed only one night. The room was clean, comfortable, and the location was perfect for us. This place is less than a ten minute walk to the train station, and my husband needs a cane to walk, so it would probably be faster for a normal walk. There are little shops and restaurants nearby. We had dinner in a restaurant practically next to the hotel, which was super convenient. Also, we did tours to the Vatican and the Colosseum, which was like a ten-fifteen minute taxi ride. If you’re up for it, you can walk there. Looking at this place online, it seems like there are way too many hotel rooms, but, once inside, it feels like it’s just your place. It gives you all the Italian feels on the outside, and modern on the inside. I liked it a lot. Mickey helped us and was so sweet. He kept our luggage safe while we went out before our train left. And not to mention, my little friend Baxter, he loves to get petted. Before this stay, we stayed at the Sheraton Roma and La Casa di Amy by far was better.

Great hotel and great location.
First appearance - this place was not good. Its a hotel amongst other apartments. However, the room was lovely, very secure (actually three keys to get into the room from the street). Lovely courtyard. Close to all facilities, food and transport. Staff were helpful, but could have been a bit more pleasant (one time a staff member had to finish her cigarette outside before she attended to us). The room is wonderful, so after first impresssions the stay was lovely. Felt very secure in the room, room service was good and room facilities were good. A nice hotel and would stay again when in Rome!

Wonderful time
We stayed in Rome for 8 nights. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel is within 5 mins walk from Termini and 15-20 mins walk to the Colosseum. Plenty of fantastic restaurants around the area as well.

Amazing people,good location, great breakfast
The owners are amazing people, so kind and honest. They want to please you and make you have a comfortable stay. The breakfast is in a nice room with a lot of light and pleasant decoration. The food is nicely offered in buffet, you can have eggs as you like, the coffee is great (any kind you want)! The personnel is very kind and serve you with a smile. You have a lot of fruits and healthy options! this is great. The room was clean and spacious. You have everything you need! Whatever you are looking for is there. They have a couple of apples and coffee/tea in the room which is absolutely great! The location is very convenient close to the Termini and with a lot of nice restaurants around. A great stay, no problems! I would gladly stay there again. thank you

A very nice place!
A very nice place! The property is a little quirky, but not that different from other hotels in the area. The staff is friendly and helpful. Close to lots of major sights and a 2 minute walk from Termini.
