Very new hotel with sufficient amenities, yet wifi signal in our room is barely usable with door opened. Staff seem to be overworked, that shows no concern when we reported our fridge wasn’t working. Location was good and central. Rooms could have been cleaner. Housekeeping just made bed up and gave towels amd water. There was no dusting done or floor in bathroom cleaned. Tv was meant to be smart. Didnt work. Sauna and steam wasnt working either. Fridge in room wasnt working.
