We stayed at the Best Sistine B&B for 4 nights. Booked it mainly because of its location and price. It is very close to the Vatican.... 15 minute walk. It had great places to eat near by and shopping centers. The breakfast was not really breakfast. You get a croissant and a coffee that’s it. Also you have to leave the B&B to get it, just an FYI. The lady who works reception and cleans did a great job. Cleaned and gave us fresh towels and toiletries everyday as well as some fruits. The bed was pretty hard, not my cup of tea.... the main problem was the air conditioning. It stayed at 28C which is 82F the first 2 days. Dropped to 27C(80F) the third day and finally got to 26C(78F) the last night. So not the best sleeping conditions. The shower is very small and compact as well if you are an above average person. I’m 6’3” and it was pretty rough for me. Overall, if your looking for a place that is within a reasonable walking distance to all of Rome’s key features and are on a budget, this B&B will due!

Poor
Never gonna book a B&B again!
This was my wife's and mine first B&B experience...for hotels, we are used to checkng in or getting help from the reception at any time, but this B&B's attendant was physically available only from 8 AM-12 noon every day...for getting help outside these hours, our only option was to call a number...there was a power interruption at around 3 AM on our last night's stay here...while the interruption itself was beyond anyone's control, it is normal to expect the power to be restored in a few minutes using backup/inverter services...this B&B never had any backup power supply and we had to sweat for about 45 minutes before power was normally restored...when one is charging 70 Euros per night in the hospitality sector, I think that having a backup power supply in the event of a disruption is a basic requirement! Additionally, the water in our commode mysteriously stopped flushing after the power interruption and was unoperational even after power was restored...we had to catch our return flight early next morning, so we were forced to use the toilet of another vacant room in the B&B before checking out! Finally, in the name of breakfast, we were offered ONLY 1 croissant and 1 drink per day. When one advertises one's services as a B&B through hotels.com, serving this miserly breakfast is totally unacceptable in my opinion! Besides, our room's complimentary tea/coffee basket was supposed to be refilled every day, but we got only 2 coffee sachets for our 3 nights stay at the B&B.

Good
Good apart from weird check in
Check in was a bit tough but the room was comfortable and well located for the Vatican City.

At first I though I book for a hotel but I find difficult to see due to small plackard of “best sistine” in a doorbell to the wall of the condotel but I tell you this is really awesome more than that hotel service. It is near the vatican for a 10 minutes walk and near the train station lepanto. The owner helps you a lot if you have queries or problem but be sure you have an open communication before your arrival through email, viber, nor your cp number. The rest of our stays help us until we left and find cab for us going back to airport.
