Pay for bed and breakfast, but no breakfast , but water and juice supply almost everyday, you can have coffee anytime, staff is good, room is comfort, only the shower flooding every time you use Hotel is localed close to station, around 7 mins walk, Same as all attraction within walking distance, 20-30 mins walk Lots of restaurants, Overall OK

New management was great.

This is a stay in a building, similar to some "Pensiones" in Spain, where very large apartments have been converted into guest rooms. The condition is old,clean but old. Rooms are airy, large, as well as the bathroom. Reception worked only between the hours of 09:00 and 12:00. Receptionist very friendly and easy to talk to. Good air con. Comfortable bed.

The place was just okay, but I would never recommend it to anyone. Firstly, it’s a “guesthouse” so staff is not always available. In fact, I believe the hours they are available is from 9:30 am - 12:00 pm,outside of that you’re on your own. They did give me detailed information on how to check myself in, but it would have been convenient to have a person there as we ran into some issues. The air conditioning in my room was broken, and at such an inconvenient time as it was hot in Rome. There were no other rooms available to switch us to, but they did offer us a fan to circulate the hot air. They eventually moved us on the last night to a room that had a working air conditioner, but the TV was broken. I guess as long as we were cool it wasn’t a big deal. The beds aren’t comfortable, but I guess that’s pretty standard among Europe, so again not a huge deal. All in all, the added up nuisances were annoying and inconvenient. The property manager was extremely nice and sweet though! She tried to accommodate us as best as she could, but not enough for me to ever want to stay there again.
