A little slice of heaven.
My husband and I recently stayed at Hotel Le Fontanelle in Tuscany. What a beautiful hotel! Stunning views, lovely outdoor and indoor swimming pool. We enjoyed wonderful breakfasts on the terrace each morning. We were greeted personally upon arriving and shown to a beautifully appointed room with patio. It is a destination hotel, you really don't have to leave if you don't want to. A superb place to unwind.

Gorgeous area and gorgeous hotel but service and other aspects left us really disappointed. Some of the staff were amazing but others were not helpful and soured our trip.

Best hotel experience we’ve ever had!
This was the best experience we’ve ever had traveling! The views are incredible. The service was like noting we’ve ever experienced before. They helped plan our entire Chianti portion of our trip. I could go on and on about how fantastic they were. Will 100% be coming back in the near future!

A wonderful treat
This is a beautiful hotel in wonderful surroundings. We loved the peace and quiet, glorious views and the very attentive service. It’s somewhat remote though, requiring a 20-30 minute drive to Siena if you want to dine elsewhere. The hotel provides a daytime shuttle into Siena, as well as bikes to borrow and scooters for hire - that’s if you want to leave! The room was very comfortable although the bed was a bit too firm for me. The half bottle of local wine and biscuits was a welcome surprise. The evening fine dining was very good but a bit pricey.

A hotel that oozes class, charm and warmth ! Superb staff throughout ! The most wonderful views surround it and the food is excellent! All of the staff are warm, chatty and incredibly attentive, you really feel that you’re being looked after.

Beautiful hotel with incredible service. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful - from recommending local towns to visit to showering us less traveled routes to bike on with the hotel provided bikes - they went above and beyond in everything that was asked of them. This was more of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed in and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and wonderful experience in the heart of Tuscany.
