Not happy
There were people making a lot of noise at mid night in the parking lot in which my room is facing. Fire alarm was ringing at 1am. Put on cloth to left the hotel and found out it was some idiot pull the fire alarm. It was not a very good experience.

Great spot and food
From the time we walked in the stay was great, food and room was all a 5/5 breakfast wasone of the best I have had at any hotel that breakfast was included in stay. I would recommend this spot to anyone. Getting into London was not a hassle 30 min bus and tube ride.

English Inn with easy access to Blackheath Village
I was in London for business and stayed for the weekend in Blackheath to visit friends. Great location for access to the village and easy access to the train into the city. The hotel is undergoing a refresh and I had an updated room with a nice, clean updated washroom. The hotel is a more typical English style inn and is not fully accessible - despite having an elevator, it still required stairs. The decor is outdated but charming. Breakfast buffet has everything you would need. Definitely recommend the hotel for reasonably priced accommodations with great access to Blackheath.

Fabulous hotel
This was such a nice hotel. One of the best I have stayed in. - breakfast was lovely too. Such a nice and enjoyable break. Would definately stay again.

Stayed in the Executive Suite. Very comfortable. No plug socket near the kettle or tea facilities so had to boil kettle over other side of the room and then take it back to the tea station. Room itself was very clean but hall, stairs and landing areas dusty and had not been hoovered. Staff very helpful and courteous.

clean but needs updating
The general stay was good, room and premises clean but the bath towels were not much bigger than the hand towels, you certainly couldn't wrap up in them. No control on the air conditioning. Had to rely on a fan attached to the wall. Water pressure was very low in the shower Upon check out, I wasn't asked about my stay or really spoken to at all and it was a very long check out process

Hotel room was very dated!! Water stain marks on ceiling, bath has 2 patch stains on, carpet well worn and the decor did not match at all. Beds were comfortable Breakfast was served by a miserable young lady who did not seem to want to be there! And breakfast was a bit roppy with burnt bacon, over done hash browns! And cold beans. Will not be back in a rush Not worth the money.

Quite a dated hotel that is in need of a facelift. The breakfast was nice but with a limited selection. Bed was lumpy and the bathroom was old. The carpet had not been hoovered properly. They also have a strange policy of handing in your key whenever you leave the premises. Not very far away from Blackheath station and only a 15/20 minute train to London Bridge
