Nice Place with some Street Noise
My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights in May 2019. We were happy overall with our stay. It was in a good location, close to Campo de’ Fiori, restaurants, bars, and within walking distance to a lot of the main attractions. There are some bus lines that come close, but not the metro. Everyone that worked there was very friendly and spoke English. They arranged for a car to take us to the airport and it was there at 6am as promised. The room itself was comfortable with a private bathroom and two large windows. The room had A/C, but use is regulated by the government and we couldn’t use it. We left the windows open at night to get some cool air in the room, but it was really noisy outside. I didn’t sleep well the first night, but the noise wasn’t a problem after I got earplugs.

Great location!
This property has a great location. We were able to walk to all the major sites in Rome while staying outside of the crowded center of the City. The staff was courteous and helpful. Compared with the other properties we stayed in Italy I think the rooms were a bit tight in space, but this seems to be the norm in Rome. We had a pleasant stay and a positive experience while staying at this charming property.

Location + Cleanliness
The location is very nice. Right in front of the Palazzo Spada! The room was clean and comfortable. There is no elevator, but after check-in an employee helped me carry my suitcase to the third floor (Italian second floor).

Great for family and genuine Italian experience
Great hotel for family- Lots of room for Rome for a family. Great local area for good priced coffee and food. Quiet and away from the tourist areas but close enough to walk to all of the main areas of interest. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. We would stay here again without hesitation.

Exceptional 10.0
The staff went out of their way to be helpful from the moment we walked in the door right up to providing the airport shuttle at the end of our stay. The hotel is centrally located to all of the main sites in Rome. The room was clean and well maintained.

Definitely would stay again! Convenient location!
Great experience & location of our building was perfect; within walking distance of Vatican and bus stops. Convenient location for restaurants, gelato, & cafe's. We felt safe walking at all hours of the day/evening and the nearby parking garage was convenient, safe, and clean. The apartment had everything we needed but would recommend a washing machine & dryer for clothing to be available in the apartment; having the opportunity to wash clothing would be an added asset.

Good 6.0
The WiFi was broken which was quite disappointing as I was here on business and had to wander around looking for places to work. On the other hand it was a lovely hotel and the staff were friendly.

Great location. Spacious and comfortable apartment in a quiet corner near the main touristic sites. The only problem was that the shower did not work well. We would stay here again.
