Broken mattress
The staff were lovely and friendly here, and it was well located being close to a metro station. It’s a short walk to a lovely street full of delis, bakeries and restaurants (Rue Mouffetard) and about a 20-30 minute walk to the lively Latin quarter. The room is tiny but we were expecting that and it didn’t bother us, however the bed was incredibly uncomfortable. The mattress was out of shape, caved in at the centre and must have been about a decade old - unforgivable in a hotel. A decent mattress is a must! It ruined our stay as we couldn’t sleep and felt so tired, which is such a shame.

Paris New Years
I had an interior room so no view and very little outside light. Room was clean and plenty of hot water. Staff was super friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was very good and filling. A block away from a subway station and 20 min walk to Notre Dame. Lots of restaurants nearby from inexpensive Asian or Doner Kebab to fancier bistros.

Cozy, friendly, and what a great neighbourhood!
This is a nice, pleasant hotel in a great neighborhood. It has convenient metro access on the #7 line, and it’s surrounded by reasonably priced restaurants and some shopping. My room was a single room - small but clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and everything worked. What do I have to complain about? The elevator is tiny, as is the shower stall. It takes a while for hot water to reach the sixth floor. I really don’t think these are major inconveniences. The staff is really helpful in recommending local restaurants, finding corkscrews and getting your things at breakfast. Breakfast itself had quite a good selection, and good coffee is available until midnight. I’ve stayed here before and I’ll continue to stay here.
