It’s in a convenient area an fir the price it’s not bad. The rooms are small the the shower is tiny. However, it was clean and well kept. It is old and needs updating but it’s an old building and probably not going to be updated. Overall if your on a budget it was a good place just lower your expectations and you will be fine. Basic accommodations in a decent area in rome.

I chose this "hotel" (at best it's a pensione) for its proximity to the Termini railway station. The staff could not have been nicer, the room was cleaned daily, but the property itself is old, tired, bare bones, and not worth the price. My room contained a camp bed with a 6 inch mattress on large springs. The only way to keep it from sagging was to take the shelf out of the armoire and place it between the springs and the mattress. This is the sort of place one regularly encountered in Italy in the 70's and 80's. I expected better in 2023.

The location was very central to terminal. The area around the hotel was dirty… trash on street. Hotel was clean… however the wifi didnt work or the air conditioning… which was advertised as an ammenity.

External entrance and street sign are poor, Reception at first floor and corridor areas are good and make you think this is a hidden gem. However rooms are very basic. only toiletries provided is soap dispenser above sink. Lack of power sockets for charging devices. Outdated and is desperate need of modernisation.
