No Air Conditioning in top floor...

AC in the room was broken and wouldn't drop below 78-80F. We told the lady at the front desk and she sent the maintenance guy but he wasn't able to fix it. We gave the AC about 30 minutes after the guy restarted it and then told the front desk again but she told us there was nothing she could do. She did not try to upgrade us and was quick to tell us there was nothing she could do without really looking for other options. Hotel is clean and comfortable but this experience ruined it for me.
