I think they may be understaffed as of this writing (9/12/2020). I only ever saw the front desk clerk and he was by himself. They’ve got this neat system of wall-mounted pump bottles for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower. Just make sure you check that the bottles are full and the pump mechanism works properly—I was soaked before I realized I was going to have to use the soap on the sink for my shower. Bed was comfortable and the room was lovely. I’m sure their breakfast is better when they’re not forced to take WuFlu precautions, but if they’re still making it limited selection due to COVID, do yourself a favor and just go to Cracker Barrel up the road. The free breakfast spread is just depressing right now. All in all, solid 8 out of 10. Good value, good night’s sleep, comfy bed, and minor complaints easily addressed.

We enjoyed a one night stay and everything went well. Everything was really clean which is my top priority. Room was on the 3rd floor and really quiet. There was someone in the next room and we only heard them when we got in late. We do like the soaps, lotion, etc. They just had bath dispensers. This is really picky - maybe it is an area to improve. I would like to have had some lotion.

It was fine. I was working and visiting family, so I wasn’t in the room much.

We usually stay at another hotel, but it was sold out so this was our first time here. There was a kids baseball tourney going on and I was working an unrelated conference, so we got one of the last 4 rooms available. Since we stayed only one night, we didn't have time to use the amenities. The staff was courteous, the beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean. Some things missing would have been nice, but those were things that the CDC no longer allows at this time. So, I can't complain about them. We stayed in the JW Marriot in Indianapolis one time and that was awesome. It was also before COVID-19 was in the news. The free internet was a nice feature. A neighboring hotel advertises free internet, but to get a connection speed worth while they charge you for it. It was nice not having to pay for the internet here. Breakfast offered was stripped down from what they used to have, but that was because of COVID-19. I would be willing to try it out again if all these required restrictions lighten up. I do have rewards with another hotel chain, so price may be the driving force to make a change.

No signs about covid precautions anywhere. Free hot breakfast was now wrapped bread, fruit and yogurt. Nothing on any website about the change. I can't have dairy or gluten so no breakfast for me. Our remote was not working. Should be something checked with housekeeping. We called a few days early to make sure the pool was available and even switched our reservation to this location for the pool and breakfast. Nothing said to us until we asked as we checked in. Both the breakfast & the pool could & should have been sent to us in an email or updated on the hotels site. Room was clean, I guess. No signs of anyone cleaning the day we were there.

It was clean and comfortable but with COVID they said they had breakfast but stale English muffins do not count.
