Not a Hyatt Experience! Staff was very friendly and helpful. The lobby reaks on perfume, I don’t know if it was from their laundry service onsite or if someone literally spilled perfume but it’s strong enough to make you nauscious. Parking is insanely expensive and not included. Huge downside!! Local calling from the room is stupid expensive. Wifi is insanely slow even for loading maps, unless you purchase a high speed internet connection. Room was equipped for one person and not 2: not enough towels or bathrobes, no shampoo in the bathroom. The city has many other small chain hotels that are much better managed and you can have a 5-star experience and comfort for much less.

I stayed in this hotel only one night because of my flight schedule and everything was fine. Fast check in with the friendly receptionist, spacious sunny room with great size of bathroom, comfortable bed. I didn’t use the restaurants or breakfast but I did order room service for dinner and it was nice. Location was in between airport and the center but it’s only 5 mins drive to the center.

Disappointed
The service is bad. The hotel is old, we received the room with broken shower. Also hotel location is not that good you need a taxi to get to the city center... and in the center you can find a lot of other good hotels. Breakfast is nice. But on my next trip we would prefer to take another hotel in the center with better facilities and services.
