Poor Services & Uncleanliness room
Nice newly renovated room with enough space, sink area and a comfy bed. But with the exception of a not working fridge, unclean and dirty toilet, and needs better sound barrier between rooms. We have a double connecting room next to us and could hear almost everything that was spoken. Maintenance came up and check fridge and never stop by again to check on it which he stated he was going to call or come up within 15mins, never did so. Front desk and service could’ve done much better job to better our stay and didn’t do so. The Roof night club and free admission was definitely the best part of our night. Even thought they messed up our pizza food order. Hotel staff needs much improvement attention to details on guest staying needs.

Amazing downtown hotel
This hotel is busy, in a great way! Located in the heart of downtown just steps from the Chicago Theater and many great bars and restaurants. The ROOF is a great place to check out and the State and Lake Tavern, both located in the hotel, is a good place for breakfast and late night fare. The rooms are beautiful with amazing views of the city. Service was great and we felt secure even with all of the foot traffic just outside of its doors. We loved this hotel!!
