We were allocated a twin room not a double which they said could not be changed. They offered to move the beds together but only the following day. Restaurant was closed for all of our stay of 5 nights. A bottle of water in the room would have been welcome. Bathroom was in my opinion unsafe. Shower was in the bath which was quite high to climb into. There was no grab handle or anti slip mat. Getting out was dangerous - an accident waiting to happen !! House keeping left a little to be desired. Glasses never washed and some bathroom items also.

This hotel was wonderful for our stay with two young kids. The pool area was their favorite part! The one negative thing is that they ask for your passports at the front desk to hold onto during your stay. We denied this and kept ours with us. My brother and family left theirs, and were not automatically offered them back when they checked out. They ended up at the airport without passports and had to rush back to get them. It should be standard procedure when someone is checking out to offer their passports back!
