Excellent hotel, great location and awesome staff

I just stayed at Nysa for a week and had a great experience. The hotel is nice and my room was very comfortable. This was my first trip to Thailand and the staff was so welcoming and helpful. I had a minor issue with the shower and I asked for the minibar to be emptied early in the morning as I went to the hotel gym. The shower was fixed and minibar emptied by the time I got back from my workout. Gym is outstanding compared to other hotels in the area by the way. Breakfast offering is excellent and the restaurant staff was wonderful. Location was perfect. Just a tad bit away from the noise but super close to everything. Overall, pretty much all positive, including the value.

As checked in, there was faculty problem which I wrote about in Hotels.com check in review. Then next day, meantime I was out, the problem was fixed. very quick response that I was impressed.
