Won't stay at this Hotel anymore
Very disappointing. This used to be our go to Hotel on our way through N.C.The rooms are now in need of maintenance , the bath in 2 rooms we stayed in had peeling wall paper and rust in the shower/tub doors. The bed spreads and linens looked as if they had not been washed but just brushed. No trash liners in the cans and no ice bucket in the room. The staff was very unhelpful in assisting us in finding a place to eat and we ended up ordering pizza to our room. The overpriced breakfast that my wife had actually had some trash in the guacamole from the packets it was in. The breakfast staff never replaced the salad and we finally had to ask the manager for assistance. This is a once fine hotel that is making cuts at the expense of the guests. I am now making my stays down the road in Jonesville

My son got stuck in elevator briefly. No bedding for sofa bed no extra toilet paper. Tried to get a latte at bar but employee didn’t know how to make one even though they have a sign for serving Starbucks coffee. The check in clerk was very nice but I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again.

Contacted hotel beginning on 6/22 regarding early check in. Was told to call back around noon the next day (6/23). Was told that early check-in was possible around noon so that we could change our clothes for a funeral at 2:00 p.m. Upon arrival, the desk clerk told us that no early check in at all. I explained to her that we were promised early check in. She wasn’t hearing it. We had to change our clothes in the lobby bathroom and went to the funeral. The experience was really upsetting for my wife who refused to go back to the hotel because of poor service that we received. Had to find another hotel to spend the night. Will never stay at that hotel again
