Will probably choose some other place next time.
Great hotel if you are not planning to gamble. Lack of good coffee shops, Starbucks seem to be in abundance. Slightly pricier for valet service compared to other hotels, but attendants are quick in retrieving your car. For some reason Bellagio and Venetian sleeping experience was better - bed comfort and choice of pillows (hopefully for the price paid we are not asking for too much). For a good dining one needs to either go to Bellagio (short walk), or on the strip. If you are planning to use the pool - make sure you have reservation for some areas. We had 30 min before leaving and wanted to soak up some sun - free areas were all in a shade, the ones with the sun - apparently we could not use. Even though there was absolutely no one wind, but attendant made it such a big deal for the same chairs as in the free area (except we wanted to get sun, and in the free area there was none and wouldn't be go the next hour or so) that we got up and left. That alone left some bad taste despite other staff - reception, cleaners, luggage guys etc- being fantastic.

Lovely suites plus a show
We stayed at the Vdara hotel for 2 nights and this was the second time here. We had initially booked a City view corner suite which we enjoyed the previous time, however, when checking in, we opted for an "upgrade" to the Vdara suite which had a nicer view. Although the suite did have a nice view, so did the neighbors next to us, who could see directly into ours. I thought that the window treatment would reflect the light, so to prevent this, but later realized that since we could see EVERYTHING in their suite, so could they into ours. Oh well, hopefully everything that happens in Vegas stays in Vegas :)

Great hotel and right near the Bellagio. Check in was a breeze. Room was great, however the carpet was looking aged and had noticable stains on it. As well our sofa pull out bed had a broken leg, which required a maintenance guy to replace it. If you book a room with a sofa bed, check it first! All in all I would probably stay again here.

Facilities, staff and housekeeping were AWESOME!
Bed uncomfortable. Sheets super cozy. Blackout shades did not actually black out as a lot of big streaks of light came in through the windows. Couches looked a tad ancient and overused. Not quite the luxury one would expect from a 5 star hotel. Also, can hear traffic and noise from outside from hotel room. However, great staff and housekeeping did an amazing job! Very clean and organized and nice layout in the room. Accommodations could have been a bit better however acceptable.
