Terrible
The most terrible experience I have ever had at check-in, so I cancelled my stay right on spot. They asked me for my proof of covid negative which I had inside my suitcase. They asked me to open my suitcase in front of the checkin counter in front of people. All I wanted to do was to leave my suit case at the hotel before heading to my meeting, but they insisted I check in first and asked me to get my proof of negative result. It was beyond embarrassing. I opened my suit case and there were my undergarments and some hair products got out of suitcase, it was chaotic. I will never ever book with this hotel ever again.
