Great views but disappointing service
The views from the room and by the lift were amazing . The service at reception was very good . The service at salt restaurant was very bad ( half hour to get a coffee and tea and some eggs ) they were doing some work on our floor so drilling noise from 9 am . They have not told us . Sky bar closed . Door in bedroom scatch the floor so could not close it . Fridge was warm . Very expensive for the service .

A very special hotel
I booked this trip as a birthday celebration for my fiancé, although we arrived very early 10:30 (due to flight times) the only problem we had is we were told our room would be ready shortly, only to finally check in at 3pm. The hotel itself is spectacular with an amazing location. A special thank you to Charlie (works in the pool bar) and Juliana (front of house at Salt) service was excellent. The only down side (apart from check in, if the rooms not going to be ready until 3pm just say so ) was 3 nights wasn’t enough

Very Disappointing
We have a few problems on this stay, I paid for a sea view room and most of our view was a roof top. We also had to complain about a broken toilet 3 times which eventually they came and changed the flush. I also was told to expect a call when our room was ready - I would possibly still be waiting if we hadn't just gone back. I stepped out of the shower on day 2 to realise all of our towels had been taken and not replaced, the tea/coffee was also not replenished and I had a cup of tea from day one with a split tea bag in it staring at me the whole trip!! To say I spent over £900 on 3 days here I was severely disappointed and wouldn't recommend.
