They gave another man the key to our room. So 20 minutes after we arrive, we have a random guy almost coming right into our room!!! Fortunately, we had the metal lock on the door otherwise that would’ve been an extremely awkward situation. When they fixed the problem, they canceled all the cards for our room. When we got back at midnight that night, our card now didn’t work and we had to go back to the front desk to get the situation resolved again. Also, not the most modern hotel rooms.

First night the air conditioning wasn’t working and couldn’t sleep the whole night. Next day maintenance went to fix the air conditioning.

It was absolutely awful, by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I want a full refund because this hotel stay was a complete rip-off. Even if it had been free, it would not have been worth it. Everything was disgusting, smelled bad, and nothing other than the elevator worked properly.

Front desk was helpful, room was comfortable, walls are thin so noise from other rooms and hallway was an issue, especially in the middle of the night. Bathroom needed an upgrade.

The room looks better in the online pictures
The room condition and pool area looked a lot better in the pictures online. The room had a strong odor that was masked by an air freshener hanging on the door. The bathroom sink did not drain properly. It’s not a bad place to stay, but with all the options in the area, I would have stayed somewhere else.

A bit of surprises....
Four guys doing a golf getaway for 2-nights and we were not aware that the room would not be tidy up and replacement towels supplied unless you go to the front desk to get them. Plus a bag breakfast! Looks like less service for the same cost!

The disappointment started at ck in: We booked a rm with a king sized bed but it was not ready at ck in and we were given a email with to single beds. To their credit they did change it for correct rm. Next we came down stairs the next morning to a bagged breakfast consisting is a fruit cup, granola bar, sweet muffin and a mini juice were there was a sign saying please take one. And then to top it all of they opened the pool but not the gym. None of what the did “because of COVID-19 “ was consistent or logical. Guests can eat at restaurants in the area but not have continental breakfast. Guests can splash around in the pool without masks and literally on top of each other but the gym was closed. Dumb. Dumb. Dumb. We WILL NOT be booking there again.

Check in was seamless and the front desk team was friendly and quick. But upon entering the room we were met with a really strong smell, like bug spray, our door had been left unlocked, there was no toilet paper, or tissues. Later when taking a shower we learned there was no soap. And when we got into the bed there was a left over candy wrapper under the sheets. The air conditioner could also not be adjusted or tuned off and stayed on high. The grab and go breakfast was easy to get and made up of a fruit cup, granola bar, orange juice and muffin. Overall: if you’re looking for a place that’s been cleansed and sanitized prior to your arrival stay elsewhere.
