Brilliant staff, super facilities.
Disappointing that we were asked to pay for an additional bed when the room was already booked and paid for 3. While the charge was removed, the hotel said it was making an exception for us out of goodwill. This is not really right, the charge should not have been applied in the first place, mistakes are ok, and it was resolved but that should not be for an “exceptional” reason, but because it is the right thing to do. The Radisson should know this. The room was disappointing for one reason: the cleaners had not checked under the bed where there were some unpleasant things. Overall though the hotel is great, fantastic staff, good food and facilities. And everyone is doing really well given the challenging circumstances with Covid19. Everything very professional apart from these two small, but, for me, important details.

Good Location, Mediocre Stay
Aside from a great location in the heart of Tbilisi, this property is mediocre in every way. The service is mediocre, rooms are mediocre, amenities are mediocre and restaurants are mediocre. My room was in major need of renovation/refurbishment. The shower water didn't get hot, it got lukewarm at best, and the room A/C did not work. Consistent with other reviews, the carpet was stained, wallpaper was peeling from the walls and towels were thin and worn. Do yourself a favor and do not book at the Radisson -- head up the street to The Stamba instead.
