Poorly managed filthy hotel
The hotel.was filthy. The rooms were not clean regularly.The hallways were not cleaned during my stay. The cleaning staff spent the majority of their time on their cellphones in the hallways or talking with each other and groups of three or more. From my visit, It was Clear, there was very little cleaning being done. Additionally there was very little maintenance being done. The ice machine on my floor did not work and was never Repaired during my stay of Is five days. The management at this hotel did not address the issues.Nor did they seem concerned about addressing the issue. I Will not stay at This. Hotel. I may not stay at a hilton hotel again.

Holiday Visit
The Teddy Bear tea was fantastic. Check in was a nightmare. My room wasn’t ready until 6 and I had 2 small children with me. Valet brought the car as we were leaving and we had no help with the bags and we had to go find the key. Over all the room was grossly overpriced and they didn’t have enough people working. We complained all the way up to management and got a small credit for some of the inconvenience. The Christmas season is so busy but it’s not like this all the time. I have had other trips that were pleasant.

The staff were great!! Beautiful at Christmas time. This is the time of year everyone wants to see the Roosevelt I get it but our room wasn’t ready on time. (3pm) It still wasn’t ready at 4 then we didn’t receive a text when it was ready so that was difficult with little kids. Other than that the stay was great for two nights.

Not like my past stays at the Roosevelt
Check in took a while there was many people in line waiting and only 2 clerks behind the desk, My room was very musty selling and I lowered the AC as needed, it did not get cooler we called downstairs and they stated a teck will arrive, we never saw that and maybe he came after we went to dinner? But after returning to our room the AC was still not cooling so we called again to state we coundn't sleep in a hot room a person came around midnight and just handed us a key to a differnt room 2 floors down, so we had to grab all our things and move pass midnight, the 2nd room was fine
