Very Good 8.0
History and charm
Lots of charm , the public spaces very impressive - gorgeous bar/restaurant on ground floor Rooms were good - more character then a chain hotel but lacking in few areas- if you are paying extra to stay in the hotel it is for the overall charm / atmosphere - not the room

Exceptional 10.0
Hotel Moskva is in the center of the city. You can literally walk to the Kalimegdan, Market with fruits and veggies, walk to theater across the street and many museums and of course Skadarlia is walking distance as well. I felt safe, no matter what time of the day/night we walked :-) The city is beautiful and full of life, good food and great people. Moskva made it so easy for us.

I loved it. Great atmosphere, great service, and good food. A perfect match with visiting Belgrade as a tourist

A very nice place to stay.
Great place. Comfortable and very good service in general. The downsides were the elivator to our floor didn't work some of the times and it took them 3 days to fix it.

Fair 4.0
Overcharged , badly managed , disappointing stay.
Very disappointed with everything at this hotel . My "Superior Duplex Room " was very small , bad very uncomfortable , bathroom had only a bathtub with a ceiling so low that I was hitting my head against the ceiling . There was a dump air , bad smell everywhere . Parking was charged 20 Euro per day ! Even on a public holiday while parking was free for everyone else even on the streets . When they presented me with a final bill they wrongly charged me for 1 extra day of parking , on the same bill Hotel wrongly charged me for drinks at the hotel restaurant . The receptionist called the waiter from the restaurant to recognise if is me who ordered the drinks that morning . The waiter obviously said that it was not me . A lots of mistakes , no one ever said sorry or apologised. Horiblle management . Don't be fooled by fancy photos of the hotel . Hotel restaurant is grossly overpriced for Belgrade . For room service they charge 20 % extra and plus " Kuver charge ! Somebody should tell them that " Kuver charge " has been invented for when you are served at the restaurants and you take the restaurant seat . Not charging " kuver " on the room service ! Plus extra 20% room service charge . Basically this people are only interested to get as much money out of you as possible while offering very little . My honest advice is to find another hotel in Belgrade , there are so many better choices for much less money.
