2/10 Poor

My family and I were turned away at check in at HOTEL LOGUE as the staff, who only spoke French, could not locate my Expedia confirmation (which I had on my phone). They did not offer to call Expedia, or find alternative lodging (they were fully booked) and had me stand aside while they helped other guests. My family and I (three young children) had travelled from another province and had no place to stay. We drove another several hours to the nearest town and booked a hotel ourselves. After waiting on hold for 45-minutes to speak with Expedia, they offered $50 (!!) in Expedia points. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional by both Hotel Logue and Expedia. The weekend of outdoor activities in Maniwaki was ruined and my children were devastated.
