Everything you could need
Very close to Napili Beach, Kapalua Beach and Kapalua Coastal Trail. About one hour from airport and completely opposite end of the island from Hana. Nice and comfortable accommodations. One bedroom suite with full kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Bedroom had king sized bed, tons of closet space plus a chest of drawers, and a safe. Kitchen has full size appliances, a drip coffee maker, toaster and pretty much all the kitchenware you would need. Comes with all your dish soaps, garbage bags and two days of coffee. Room was clesn and well kept. Killed one roach but i think that is to be expected in this climate. No other signs of any other bugs. Front desk is only open until 5pm wed thru sun. For checkin if you arrive later than that there is a red phone outside that gets you the frint desk at their other property. They give you a code for a safe box that is right there by that phone snd inside it is a package for you with your room key. When we checked out they allowed us to use the hospitality room at their other property, Sands of Kahana. It was a very basic room where you can keep your luggage if needed, use the fridge etc along with other people at the same time. Couldnt use the hotels pool but were allowed to use their beach. After beach went to desk and got a couple towels and used the two showers in the room.

Great Family Vacation Spot
This was our first trip to Maui and it was such a great place to stay. It was a great spot to walk to for beach access, close to Kapalua golf course for my husband, and the accommodations were perfect for a family of 4. The hotel amenities were perfect considering we had a full kitchen AND the washer/dryer in our unit. Lisa was exceptional at providing us with amazing customer service at the Front Office. She was soooo friendly and informative. I would TOTALLY recommend staying at The Gardens at West Maui.

The Gardens
This is a very nice spot, near the ocean, but no direct view. Our room looked out on a golf course, which was nice. The pool was great, deep, clean and refreshing, and the grounds are beautiful. Kitchen a bit tight. Nice AC and a comfortable bed. Suggest earplugs for the rooster in the back yard. Easy to get onto the beautiful Oceanside walking trail.

Didn't realize how beautiful the Gardens was! From the highway looks like a regular building, but when you get inside and you see the beauty of this Garden is just awesome! Quiet, safe and tucked away with lots of ample parking! Thank you to your staff for a wonderful weekend and such a beautiful, clean and comfortable room with all the amenities! A BIG mahalo especially to Lisa! Double SHAKAS!

We loved the location of the property as it was two minutes walk to the Napili and Kapalua beaches. The bed was way too old/soft and gave us back pains, and we resorted to sleeping on the ground after the first three days. The pool was also not heated, which made it impossible to enjoy in November and December.

Fairly decent accommodations. Good for a quick stay. Barbecues could be upgraded. Hot tub & pool very nice. Only complaint was the roosters/chickens outside. Very loud in the early morning.
