unfriendly and unhelpful staff
The staff was unfriendly, the room was so tiny we could barely walk through it , the air conditioner didnt work without a remote ( but i didnt know this ) and when i asked the front desk why it didnt work they siad that i need the remote . So i asked , do you have the remote. They said yes . i asked them why didnt you give me the remote when i checked in . They said " you didnt ask for it " well , I had no idea the A/c required a remote . it was our first night in italy . i found the staff very unfirendly and the Wi Fi didnt work anywehre in the hotel
