Beautiful resort, some of the best service I've ever had in a hotel, onsite breakfast was included, you get a pool and the beach with a max 10 min walk to town. It felt like the best of all worlds on Mykonos.

A fabulous stay!
Our stay was absolutely fabulous due to the attention the staff provided. From the front desk to the waiters we were made to feel welcome and special. The grounds are beautiful and the location perfect. We were provided with transportation and enjoyed the old town very much. The grounds are right on a beach with easy access to the bay.

The breakfast was wonderful, but even better was the staff serving the breakfast! Such a great way to start each day. The transportation to airport and port was so helpful. Rooms cleaned twice a day, cleanliness was first rate. The beach is quiet and beautiful. Easy walk to Windmills, Little Venice, many restaurants, but if you don't want to go out the restaurant on site was fabulous. We had a reservation in Annex building and loved it! Two bedroom, two bath, we can not say enough about this resort. Great customer service.

We stayed at the private Villas which I really recomend! Verry friendly stuff, excellent service and amazing breakfest. We had seperate breakfest area,pool and resting area from the hotel, besides that we still had the same amenities from the hotel which is down the hill three min away. 12-15 min walking distance to the town. From the first moment we landed in Mykonos, one of Mykonos Bay's valet took care of loading our luggage and driving us to the Villas. Poppi welcomed us with a welcoming smile and offered us welcome drinks. From the exceptional first experience, it was the best 7 days we have spent at any hotel resort. Poppi, Tassos, Maria, Ioanna, bar and restaurant staff, housekeeping, and drivers provide 5 star service every minute, every hour and every day. The complimentary breakfast was amazing, the facilities were impeccable, and the staff went above and beyond expectations. We cannot wait to return to Mykonos and stay at the Resort & Villas. The staff here really do make the place - they are some of the friendliest, most attentive I’ve ever met. Nothing was too much trouble. The room and facilities were fastidiously well kept, it was an easy walk into town and Anthony makes a mean apple martini. All good. Two relatively small things stopped me giving it full marks; the light on our balcony was broken when we got there and, despite raising this with the reception team, it was not fixed during our stay so no cards outside of an evening for us. Secondly, and maybe it isn’t fair to bundle this in with the hotel, the on-site restaurant was disappointing. The food was nice enough, but not anything like good enough to justify the eye-watering price tag. All in all, we had a lovely stay here and I would go back were I to revisit Mykonos.
