A truly memorable stay.
Our stay at Aira Boutique hotel in Hanoi was excellent. With proximity to the old town, French quarter and historical sights made that much easier. Service, friendliness and helpfulness was in abundance.

Really great hotel. Great location, slightly out of the very busy and loud old town so more peaceful in the evenings but still right next to major sights like the train street, temple of literature etc. The staff were very friendly and so helpful at organising tours for me (the street food tour they set me up on was amazing!). The breakfast/dinner was brilliant and the views from the restaurant and bar are brilliant. The only negative was that I was unable to use the pool during my stay because it was quite dirty. I think they had assumed no one was going to use it because its was too cold to use in January but as someone from England it wasn't cold enough to stop me but the dirt was.

The location of the hotel was the edge of the old quater and away from the hustle and bustle, so that was good. All the staff were very nice, helpful and made me comfortable. All the massage therapists were female and I was able to receive a comfortable massage with peace of mind. The restaurant and the bar have nice view and the food was excellent! The only thing I would say is that it is an old building, so the rooms are a bit musty and not recommended for people with allergies.

We had a great experience at Aira. I contacted the hotel before our stay and Christine was amazing. She helped me arrange a day trip to Ha Long Bay and a day trip to Ninh Binh. She was so helpful and patient answering my millions of questions! Then when we decided to extend our trip she found us another room and the hotel staff moved all of our luggage while we were at Ninh Binh. The restaurant at the hotel was good, but they recommended another phenomenal restaurant. The room was beautiful, great shower, Netflix in our second room. Overall we had a really great experience and if you need help with anything Christine was just so so sweet and helpful!
