Caesar Park Kenting, Hengchun

Staff provided great service throughout the stay. The hotel rooms are showing its age and is breaking apart. I had to change rooms since the sliding door was broken, the showers were leaking. The new room I was switched to, the lights were out, the sliding doors broken as well. Overall, the rooms were not well maintained. To pile on the unpleasant stay, I was put in the middle of 3 other rooms of families who chose to keep their doors wide open throughout the entire stay and whom decided to keep their crying child in the hallway. Could not rest at all throughout the stay and brought my concerns up numerous times to the front desk to no avail.

The double bed room down stairs has a wonderful private jacuzzi tub out side.

There was nothing not to like. Breakfast plentiful with variety for everyone. Pool and beach area well maintained, free use of beach chairs and added bonus was the FREE shuttle to and from resort to Kaohsiung MTR station saving guests $800 NT per person. Hotel well maintained and clean. Roos very quiet at night. We had a small issue with the TV and within minutes of calling someone was up to our room and fixed it. Check in quick, even though we arrived early and room not ready they took care of us and asked when room ready if they could take our luggage to our room so we wouldn't have to. At checkout very fast and they took our luggage to the shuttle bus so we wouldn't be troubled and just had to board. When we got in to the MRT station by the time we were off the bus, out luggage was waiting for us. If possible I would give Ceasars Park a 6 star rating. Keep up the good work.

Great hotel & resort. Very pleasant for a few days of rest & relaxation.

While reasonably comfortable and convenient, the hotel is nowhere near a 5 star standard and should not call itself such. That being said, if you find a booking at a heavily discounted price, you would do just fine here.

Appreciated many of the special features of this hotel. Overall we were pleased with our choice to stay at this option. Their staff are friendly and there are many policies that reduce waiting in lines. We always enjoy the restaurants at this facility, but did note 5hat the selection if fruit was less than would be expected at the buffet. Not everyone likes their fruit in juice form. Like most hotels in Taiwan, Ceasar Park struggles to eliminate mildew from tile grout in washrooms. It would be good if a hotel of this caliber could find a way to lead the way to a new standard in 5his area. The perks of free in room beverages, fruit in the room, bath salts for the soaker tub, and the gorgeous view from almost every window made our stay very enjoyable. Kudos!

設施老舊 與房價不成正比

The hotel is in a good location, very close to the beach, and the night market with a nice swimming pool including one for kids. The facilities are ok, but our expectations were that this is a boutique type hotel, and it’s not. We booked a room with private jacuzzi, but it was difficult to use the jacuzzi as the outdoor area is really tropical with all kinds of animals (squirrels, monkeys) and insects and lizards coming down at you from the trees. The room is advertised as 60 m.sq. But it’s really only about 30m.sq. Since they count the outside area as part of the 60msq. Also when we arrived the room was not cleaned properly lots of dust on the ac and under the beds and the dehumidifier was super old and not working; however, what made up for it was the great service that the staff did, they were very quick to fix things when we pointed them out and also very helpful, especially the vip team (special thanks to Ken). That said, there were plenty of facilities for kids to play (pool, playroom, activities organised by the hotel, etc...). It was super crowded (probably due to the time of the year) but again here the staff were very good and helpful to facilitate things. In general we enjoyed our stay
