Glorified hostel with no service

This place albeit very trendy and well-located, is really a glorified hostel. There is no service at all and nobody interested im helping or empowered to make decisions. Not even water or coffee in thr rooms, but a vending machine thst charges >$5 for a bottle of Sprite!Their pricing structure is also brutal, ripping you off left and right. $30/day for parking and $30 pp for breakfast!

We had a fabulous stay! The room was perfect for our needs and spotless. On arrival we had a personalised message left in our room (as it was my birthday) which was a lovely touch. Facilities were great and we used the lockers in the luggage room on our last day. We would visit again

The staff were very helpful. Especially Sophie, and her friend Evelyn. Upon my arrival a girl from Ukraine ( unfortunately I do not recall her name) helped me book my transportation back to airport. All and all, it was fabulous experience since I was visiting Austria for the first time!! I am going to recommend my friends to stay in this hotel. 🙏❤️

This hotel is stunning. From the design of the entry, common area, restaurant, and rooms everything was thoughtful and intentional. The staff were all incredibly helpful with any question I had. There was a slight issue with the AC in my room and they handled it immediately and made sure I was taken care of. I cannot recommend this location enough. If I'm ever in Vienna again, I will be booking with Hotel Schani again. Truly excellent care and service.
