Clean, comfortable, and gorgeous gardens.
Clean, and comfortable. Beautiful gardens. Perfect for a one night stay at each end of my month away. Would be good if you were exploring crnyral Cancun for a few days. Right across from the ADO bus station. I paid the very small upgrade fee to the 'executive floor' with a pool view. The rooms were on the second, and main floors. The ground floor room had super comfortable beds! Everything was clean. Would have been nice to have a hairdryer in the room. The design of, and the awkward ways the shower doors opened, cracked me up. That said, excellent water pressure. Loved the peacocks roaming the grounds, and the beautifuls lush flowers and greenery.

I was given not the kind of room I reserved and payed for. The afternoon reception person was friendly and changed to a room closed to the kind I reserved Shower didn't function well

Clean, comfortable, friendly service.
My Spanish isn't very good. But i was made to feel welcome. The room was spotlessly clean. I took a deluxe on an executive floor, with a pool view - $3 more! There were hints of old damp on the ceiling, but its a tropical country, and it was well managed. The shower had excellent water pressure. The tv remote didn't work, but I didnt need it, and just told them at the desk when I handed it back at checkout Proximity to the ADO station was perfect. And checkout is 1pm which is better than most hotels. Breakfast was tasty, but note that sausages are actually hotdogs if you orders the Americano. The grounds are beautiful. There's construction going on on one side of the property near the restaurant. Butvit started after 9am. When I checked out, the security guard walked my bags across to the ADO station for me.
