Good for a short time stay.

Good location. Loud traffic noise at night. Air conditioner helps block some of it. Upgrades are happening. Issue with draining water while showering in my room and my sister’s room. Something that should be addressed immediately. Good size fridge and close to amenities. More affordable than many of Vancouver’s hotel rates I.e. 1000$/night! On public transportation route.
