We booked a room with a kitchen to prepare meals there. After all, one of the best grocery stores (fish, meat) is just a block away. That was a big disappointment: the kitchen had no utensils at all - no plates, no cups, no cutlery, pan or even a kettle. Absolutely nothing to make even a cup of tea. Would a tourist buy a kettle or frying pan - probably not. As such, we paid extra in choosing a room with a useless kitchen. After a couple of days, we left for another hotel.
The area is a bit shady. You can walk to the sea but that is at least half an hour trek, one way. Otherwise the public transportation offers good connections for this location, e.g. easy to travel from the airport by bus.
If you like to use the Hotels app or website to send inquiries to the hotel before travelling, don't bother. The staff will ignore those. They use the same channel to send you messages so it's not that they would not notice your messages.
