This location is not good for tourists because the neighborhood looks and feels dangerous or insecure actually the girl in the front desk advised not going to the right way/street.

Not too shabby
Everyone at the front desk was really nice and helpful, I came here for a concert at the wintrust arena. A easy 5 minute drive or pretty quick walk. Beds were clean, bathroom was clean. You can hear the sounds of the train fairly well from your room, and our TV speakers were pretty busted. But for an inexpensive night it wasn't half bad, if I was coming into town again for a quick one night I wouldn't be against coming back again.

Easy to check in, clean and easy to get to. Free parking is a big plus in Chicago. Gotta use the car to move around though - not as central and easy to go walk around as some other options more to the north.
